Our Story
We’re Patrick and Brittany, and we’re proud to be the family behind Chem-Dry of Louisville. We’ve been married for 13 years and have built our life around family, hard work, and staying involved in our community.
We have an 11-year-old daughter who keeps us busy traveling with her travel sports. Patrick is also involved in travel softball, so between practices, tournaments, and traveling, we understand just how important it is to make the most of the time we have at home.
Before owning our business, Brittany worked — and still works — at an elementary school in the nurse’s station as a health aide. Helping people and caring for others has always been a big part of who she is. When we decided we wanted to take a new direction, we knew we wanted something where we could work with people, stay active, and build something of our own — not spend our days sitting behind a computer. That’s what led us to Chem-Dry of Louisville.
Owning a family business has given us the opportunity to work together, meet so many wonderful people in our community, and provide a service we can truly take pride in. We’re a very family-oriented business, and we treat our customers the way we would want our own family to be treated — with honesty, respect, and genuine care.
Animals are also a huge part of our family. Our dog, Lucy, is a rescue from a Southern Indiana rescue, and she definitely keeps us on our toes! We understand that pets aren’t just pets — they’re family too. That’s one of the reasons we take so much pride in helping families keep their homes clean, fresh, and comfortable for both the people and animals they love.
Brittany is originally from Oldham County and graduated from Oldham County High School, and we now call Floyd County home. Being part of the local community is important to us, and we’re grateful for every customer who chooses to support our family-owned business.
